1. Our Qualified carpet design consultant goes to your location with a huge selection of pattaerns,                 carpet designs and custom colors that will match any interior from contemporary to classical.

            2. We collect infomation from you including dimensions and selection of products and within a few                 weeks produce a detailed rendering.

            3. You approve the rendering and we create a sample of the design, color and materials you have                 selected which will be all custom made.

            4. We produce the carpets in our special manufacturing facilities. All your carpets will be hand tufted                 using the finest New Zealand wool and colors will be custom blended. Within 2 to 4 months you                 will have a custom carpet that will be unique in all the world.

            5. Upon delivery, we will install the carpet with as much care as went into its creation. Once                 installed it will be durable and vibrant for generations to come.
